Information for tenants
Looking for a house?
This website offers an overview of our currently available housing. Our information is free of charge. All the essential facts may be found here, such as rent, location and lay-out of the rooms.
And have you found a suitable place? In seven simple steps, we are happy to help you to get the keys to your dream house.
1. Contact us
If you are interested in a particular house, please let us know so we can assess whether this property matches your needs and current situation. Contact us here.
2. Meeting and making an appointment for viewing
When you make your appointment to come and meet us, you are registered with us directly.
This means that you will not have to pay an unnecessary registration fee.
3. Registration
When you have made a viewing appointment, we will need some information from you.
- photocopy of your proof of identity;
- photocopy of your salary information;
- 35 euro fee (valid for 6 months).
4. Viewing
After you have registered, you can visit the house with one of our members of staff.
After viewing the property you may, of course, need some time to consider.
If you would like to continue the process and accept the house, an appointment will be made to meet your new landlord/lady (if s/he wishes to do so).
If you choose to not accept the property you have viewed, you are entitled to an unlimited number of free further viewings for a time period of six months.
5. Rental Agreement
If the house is to your satisfaction and you would like to live in it, an appointment will be made in order to sign the lease. For more information about rental agreements click here.
6. Fees
Before or during the signing of the lease, one month’s rent is payable from you to Huurzo.
The monthly rent can be found in the house info. The fee payable includes 19% VAT.
7. Key Transfer
An appointment will be made with you for the hand-over of the keys.
And when you have the keys you can say:
I Huurzo!
